1st Phase: A Crystal Clear Understanding

Create a position description that ensures we have a mutual understanding of the search criteria.
Develop a list of target companies and industries from which qualified candidates may be sourced.

2nd Phase: Identification of Ideal Candidates
Initiate a customized search utilizing target companies/industries and our external networks.
Identify individuals with genuine interest in the position and possessing the required background and skill set.
Provide you with “first discussions feedback” from all applicable candidates regarding interest in the opportunity, perception of the opportunity, and any questions and/or concerns.
Continued identification of potential candidates and conversations with previously identified candidates to ensure continued level of interest and clarify issues/concerns.
Review and assess backgrounds of potential candidates prior to meeting with them for in-depth interview .
3rd Phase: In-depth Face-to-Face Screening
Selected candidates are interviewed to evaluate in detail his/her personal and professional qualifications, cultural fit for your organization, and shared intrinsic characteristics.
Begin reference checks on each successfully interviewed candidate to probe further into his/her career history and background.
Verify education credentials on each interviewed candidate.
Prepare executive summary on each final candidate who meets your criteria.
Present recommendations and executive summaries to you.
4th Phase: Client Interviews & Selection
Arrange interviews between you, your team and final candidates.
Serve as an intermediary during the interviewing process.
Advise on a compensation package.
Assist in negotiation of compensation package, relocation package and terms of employment if requested.
Conduct several conversations after start date to ensure smooth transition for you, your team and the successful candidate.
